My last post highlighted Cash Out as the money leaving your business and why controlling it is essential for growth. The next step is Management Accounts – because by the time your year-end accounts arrive, it's too late to change the outcome.

Management Accounts give you a clear picture of how your business is performing while there's still time to act. I use them to identify trends, highlight potential problems before they become costly, and uncover opportunities that might otherwise be missed.
I then discuss the results with you, explain what they mean in plain English, and recommend practical actions to improve profit, cash flow and business performance.
These become the decisions that keep your business moving in the right direction.
My next post deals with Debtors.
Meanwhile, if you don't have a FD, call me. I'm a fraction of the cost, and I work on the basis that every £1 you invest in me delivers at least a £3 return.
I help ambitious owner-managed businesses build stronger, more valuable companies.
