My last post highlighted Gross Profit as the true income of a business. From this is subtracted Fixed Costs which are embedded, cropping up relentlessly regardless of sales volume. So, I challenge, justify and advise cuts for any cost making no contribution to your top and bottom lines. I structure your reporting systems to track these and ensure that we only spend your money on things that have a provable benefit to the business.
I usually find 25% savings which add directly to Net Profit.
