…they would manage where you are going, not just where you’ve been.
My last post highlighted the Profit and Loss Account and how I ensure that it comes in at the highest after-tax number, i.e., the amount that stays in your bank account.
Now I’ll focus on cashflow forecasting, to take in all your possible receipts and expenses and how to time them. It’s very different from the profit and loss account, which does not determine how much cash you have, my most important function as your FD. It’s how I keep you out of trouble with lenders and suppliers. And it’s how I anticipate the need for new finance well ahead of time on the best terms, and help you achieve the best return on surplus cash.

My next email deals with Deposits.
Meanwhile, if you don’t have a FD, call me.
I’m a fraction of the cost, and I work on the basis that every £1 you invest in me delivers at least a £3 return.
