My last post highlighted Cash Out which determines your solvency. Now we're looking at Debtors. In an ideal world you won't have any but will have trade creditors providing your working capital. So, I'll look at that and see if we can revise your trading terms to eliminate your need to borrow. And I'll look at ways to eliminate debtors altogether, getting your cash upfront instead.
